If you sell real estate in Massachusetts you should be more than aware that a real estate agent is required to provide the consumer with the Massachusetts Mandatory Real Estate Licensee-Consumer Disclosure Form. There is a new agency disclosure form that we all should be using. A copy of the form is below and you may obtain a pdf at the adress above the article. I found this post interesting because it explains the new agency disclosure form for Massachusetts real estate agents and why it matters in client meetings.
