To become a Massachusetts Real Estate Agent one must complete a 40-Hour Sales Course.
We offer the course during the weekend, the weekday and the evening.
Classes can be taken in person or live streamed.
You can click the the tabs above or below to obtain the schedule. Continuing education is to renew an existing license and you must have three years experience as a sales agent to
become a Broker.

40 Hours-two consecutive weekends from 8am-6pm
In-Person or On-Line Live Streamed
If you attend a live streamed course the camera must be on,
you must be present and are not working another job, taking a ride, etc. This is a serious course which requires your presence.
Failure to adhere to the rules will result in your removal from class.

Plenty of Free parking. Eating establishments are near by.
You may pay on-line or $ 365 when you arrive if you take the course in person.
